About Hip-hop
The NZAMD Hip Hop Syllabus is an energetic style of dance with versatile hip hop moves that extends students and gives exciting progression through the levels. As Hip Hop constantly evolves, teachers are encouraged to incorporate changing styles and their own choreography, ensuring the program remains fresh, alive, and exciting. Teacher-created combos and dances at lower levels provide flexibility and relevance.
Examinations are available from Hip Hop One through to Hip Hop Eight plus the Solo Performance Diploma, with assessments available at all levels. For younger dancers 4 to 7 years, we offer the Fun & Funky Rosette Pre Grade Hip Hop syllabus.
